Cold temperature
7 - 10 degrees Celsius is good for all of categories of sake : Honjozosh, Daiginjosh, Junmaishu, Special Junmaihs.
Normal temperature
15 - 20 degrees Celsius is good for all of categories of sake : honjozosh, Daiginjosh, Junmaishu, Special Junmaish.
Hot teperature
The hot temperature is categorized into three types. 1, Nuruka: About 45 degrees Celsius 2, Tekikan: About 45 degrees Celsius
3, Atsukan: About 50 - 55 degrees Celsius The higher the temperature is, the stronger you feel the alcohol and the milder the taste is.
Notice: Daginjoshu and ginjoshu is not
suitable for hot temperature.
